Certain Wellness Based Living, LLC Products or programs may include, facilitate, or provide access to laboratory testing, including GI-MAP or other functional wellness testing.
You acknowledge that:
Laboratory testing is intended to provide information that may be used as part of health and wellness education.
Laboratory results should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis by Wellness Based Living, LLC.
Testing does not replace evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider.
You are responsible for discussing concerning or abnormal findings with your physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
Laboratory availability, processing times, methodologies, reference ranges, specimen requirements, and reporting may be controlled by independent third-party laboratories.
Wellness Based Living, LLC is not responsible for delays, errors, specimen issues, lost shipments, laboratory processing times, changes in testing methodology, or other circumstances controlled by independent laboratories, carriers, or other third parties.
If retesting is desired or recommended for educational purposes, additional laboratory fees may apply unless expressly included in the Product purchased.
Wellness Based Living, LLC may provide educational information regarding nutritional supplements, herbs, probiotics, vitamins, minerals, digestive-support products, or other wellness products.
Individual responses vary.
You understand that supplements may produce side effects, allergic reactions, interactions, or other unintended responses.
Before beginning a supplement or materially changing your diet, exercise, fasting practices, or wellness routine, you are responsible for determining whether the change is appropriate for your circumstances and consulting a qualified healthcare provider when appropriate.
Wellness Based Living, LLC does not guarantee the safety, effectiveness, purity, manufacturing practices, availability, or performance of products manufactured or sold by independent third parties.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased materials for your personal use only, unless a Product expressly states otherwise.
Your purchase does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
You may NOT:

Share login credentials or course access with another person.
Post purchased materials publicly.
Upload materials to file-sharing platforms.
Repackage or represent our content as your own.
Use our proprietary materials to create competing educational Products.

Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund and may subject you to legal remedies available under applicable law.
You may not use proprietary photographs, videos, voice recordings, written materials, educational content, likeness, or other protected content belonging to Wellness Based Living, LLC or its owner for unauthorized artificial-intelligence training or reproduction.
Prohibited uses include unauthorized:
Voice cloning
Deepfakes
Synthetic media
AI training datasets
Image or video replication
Automated reproduction or repackaging of our proprietary educational materials
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.
By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment and agree to any applicable terms of the payment processor.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices are stated in U.S. Dollars.
Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes will not retroactively affect completed purchases.
If you select a payment plan:
You authorize the scheduled charges disclosed at checkout.
You remain responsible for completing the agreed payment schedule.
Stopping use of a Product does not automatically cancel remaining installment obligations.
Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.
Unless expressly described as a subscription, a payment plan is an installment arrangement for a purchase and is not a month-to-month cancellation arrangement.
Applicable sales taxes or other taxes may be collected where required by law.

Refunds are not ordinarily provided because of:

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily create a right to a refund for amounts already paid unless otherwise stated or required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Wellness Based Living, LLC for a claim arising from a particular Product will not exceed the amount you actually paid Wellness Based Living, LLC for that Product.
